Endometriosis affects many women. How each of them handle it can be very different though. There are many treatment options out there. 1. Laproscopy. Endometriosis can be excised throgh this procedure. 2. Laparotomy. Endometriosis is also cut out through this procedure. 3. Lupron. This drug is used to treat prostate cancer but endometriosis is also treated with this drug. 4. Aygestin. This is a drug used for endo. 5. Continuous birth control pill. Women on this treatment do not have a period, it is often used for women with heavy bleeding and pain during periods. 6. Danazol is a drug used for endo. I haven't gone into great detail on these treatments, I think it is important that each person research this and get a true unbias opinion of their own.
There are more treatments and I will modify this post as research and time allow.
