Life is busy busy busy. - working 12 hr shifts 4 days a week, 4-6hrs 1 day a week & on the weekends I have the grandson's here. My hysterversary was March 17th - hard to believe its been 6years. I have absolutely no regrets. While it didn't heal every health issue I have it did certainly help. I'm on vacation for a week in mid July for 10days. Am taking the grandsons to the Toronto Zoo for a day- other than that I'm cleaning out my storage lockers. When I moved here 4 1/2yrs ago from the flooding in my house things just got put into storage & I've come to realize if they can be in storage for that long without going through it- I DON"T NEED IT lol- Praying everyone has a blessed summer. Please post any concerns or success stories you may have!

PT is rough- my doctor was against further PT on my trapeze/rotator cuff injury - I just joined a gym and they have found a great exercise for my shoulder that doesn't aggrevate it - whats new with you?

I am enjoying the gym. My knee's aren't thrilled about it lol but they will get over it in time (I hope) Am planning a trip to Niagara Falls with the kids- hoping to go Aug 7th- the following weekend is the work picnic & then the weekend after that we are planning to go to the zoo. Busy summer. No surgeries in my near future - Have my two little men here for the night- if the air isn't too bad tomorrow am planning to take them to a corn maze on Wolfe Island- but with my asthma this summer- I can't go if its humid out. What have you been up to this summer? Where are you thinking of moving to next? Seattle is really nice
