I can sure tell when my Climara is about to run out. By day 6 I am having some amazing hot flashes. Kinda nice in the chilly weather though! Jana

;D Since my hyst - I have had the occasional hot flash - nothing serious - but boy when they hit, I sweat like I've just run a marathon - I spoke to my doctor on Friday when I was seeing her for the strep throat checkup and she said that it is very possible that my ovaries didnt' kick back in 100% - and that having hotflashes is considered normal GO FIGURE I say lol But I would rather have a dozen of these hotflashes a week than all the treatments for dysplasia and the frequent periods and the expense of all those OB's and Pads - yup uh-huh - ;D

Cool liquids and a fan seem to work for me. Get you a little portable fan and take it everywhere you go too! Jana
