1. Walk short distances. This is very good for you. 2. Watch TV. Try to lay down to do this. 3. Go online for short periods of time. Check in at the Hyster Spot sp we know how you are! 4. Get yourself something to drink. 5. Take a shower. 6. Take a nap. 7. Get the mail. 8. Sort the laundry that someone has brought to you and will put away after you are done. 9. Talk on the phone 10. Take a short RIDE in the car. Notice not a drive an ride!
