I have heard different opinions about stairs. I live in a townhouse with my master bed and bath upstairs. I have been told told that one can do stairs in the beginning. I am think of moving my bed to the livingroom. I have a half bath there and it is close to the kitchen. Any thoughts?

Gretchen,
While the stairs are difficult at first and they advise that you don't use them - I too am in a townhouse with my bedroom and only washroom upstairs and my doctor advised that I make as few trips as possible for the first couple of weeks.

My doctor told me that stairs were fine...just not to try to run up and down them....lol. Take it easy...and if you feel it is best to try to stay downstairs then by all means do that.
