I have been behaving - doing things in moderation and am getting cramp like pain on my lower left side - this past weekend I drove out of town 200km trip each way, and I have been having some serious pains the last two days..... anyone else go thru this?

Francina,
I went through alot of lower left pain but found out later it was my ovary. But it can be things healing or could be adhesions I would go have it checked out to make sure nothing serious. But it takes a good 6 months to a year to not get those twinge pains and stuff.

At about 8-9 weeks post-op I had some major pains after lifting something that was a little too heavy. Mine was ligament pain from the support of the vaginal cuff. Maybe riding that far has affected your ligaments, too. Just a thought. Good Luck!

i am almost 6 months post op now and still get the pains and crams thing going even tho i had everything removed the dr told me i can still develope scar tissue and all around where they removed things. it is somewhat normal as long as it is not to an extrem. however if it is really painfull i would check back wit your doc and see what he/she may have to say. good luck and god bless xoxoxo'

francina, has the gb surgery affected the cramping any? Just kinda wondering about you.

Hi Jana, The gallbladder surgery was last week wednesday on the 4rth - I'm doing good - am getting some cramping in the hyst area now because they did a cut in my belly button - but all in all I am doing great. Am suffering from swelly belly again from constipation but other than that Ican't complain.

11 weeks post now ans still get them. Maybe they will eventually stop
