Pineapple Whip (We call it)
1 container of Cool Whip 1 pkg Orange Jello (or Strawberry/Raspberry) {I use sugar free} 1 container of Cottage Cheese (8oz) 1 can crushed Pineapple - drained
Combine, cottage cheese, cool whip and jello - add pineapple, refridgerate til set and serve.
Frito Treat
1 bag reg fritos 1 bag bbp fritos 1 cup shredded medium cheddar 1/4 cup finally chopped red onion 1 small bottle of Catelina Dressing
Combine just before serving - I have added 1/4 cup finally chopped red onion to this from time to time - ds prefers it without
Hash Brown Casserole
1 bag hashbrowns 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 or 2 cans flaked ham 1 can corn or use frozen 8 oz sour cream 1 onion finely chopped 2 cups shredded cheddar - medium
Mix soup, sour cream, onion, ham and 1 cup cheddar together. Add hash browns and corn. Put into a casserole dish. Bake at 350 F for 45-60 minutes. Top with 1 cup cheddar and serve!

Hash brown casserole is like my favorite food in the world!!!!!! I make it a tad different but oh my it is wonderful! BTW Fran...is this low carb? lol!

I titled it DS's Potluck favorites lmbo - and he is not a huge fan of my low carb diet foods - except for my low carb taco's he likes them ;D
