As most of you know, I do not have any HRT. I seemed to be doing really well without it, with the exception of libido, until just recently. I get very hateful, very quickly. I have to make it through until January without HRT...and at this point I am not sure how I am going to do it. I cannot and do not use herbal supplements...so basically there is nothing that I can do about this. Just needed to vent.

Jana I know what you mean in needing to vent, and this is the place to do that.
Have maybe you considered talking to your doctor about a mild antidepressant, sometimes that can help with the mood swings and anger feelings until you can take hrt.
Just curious, is the reason you can't take hrt because of endo or ?
((((hugs to you)))) you can do it!!!

(((((Jana))))) - I suffer from blood clots so I was told that if they had to do a BSO that I would not be able to take HRT's. I did a great deal of research on natural alternatives and brought the information in to my family doctor - she did approve my taking a couple of different forms... one was the Swiss Herbal HRT... BUT she did say that she would do a few rounds of blood work to ensure that it wasn't rising my estrogen levels. It might be worth talking to your doctor about herbal supplements for your symptoms. Wishing you all the best!

Now that's a sign I want to see a picture of rotflmbo. I have heard some women find adding soy products to their diets helps with some of the menopausal symptoms - I dont' know much about this - but am sure if you want to find out more, I can do some research for you and find out!

francina, Unfortunately soy acts as an estrogen in our body so it has the potential to flare up endometriosis if it is there! So I am just toughing it out. Today has been a rough day and my claws are out lol!
